Just a couple songs I’m digging on a gloomy Sunday morning in the Northwest.
Looking forward to a great afternoon of baseball training (indoors!)

As much as I love The Bright Mississippi, solo piano jazz isn’t really my thing. I love early Toussaint, this one a nice vinyl rip of his Wild Sound of New Orleans album (Go Saints!)
McCabe and Mrs. Miller are a collaboration between Victor Krummenacher (Camper Van Beethoven, Monks of Doom) and Alison Faith Levy (The Sippy Cups, The Loud Family) and I dig it.
McCabe And Mrs. Miller – Fare Thee Well
Don’t know much about either of these bands that I scored from the great website, Out Of Five but I dig them.
The Port Wine Lads – Political
And for purely arbitrary reasons, this would be Charlie’s Angels week. As my Daddy used to facetiously say: “She’s purrdy…”.
