Guitars that bob and weave and crash against the breakers. Voices that roll and tumble and splash against the sand. There’s an “Invasion” coming ashore and it’s being mounted by four boys bearing guitars and drums.
There’s no denying that Sandweaver, four young men from the English seaside towns of Brighton and Worthing, have the ocean in their music, genrating a sound with the power and fury of an incoming storm.
NME called Sandweaver “epic, melodic, well-groomed indie.” We call “Invasion,” our second Free MP3 of the Day from Sandweaver, a tapestry of glorious three-part harmony, open-aired melodies and lust instrumentation.
But then, that’s we said that last month when we introduced their song “Mending.” Enjoy the encore!
