One of the nation’s largest blues festivals, Portland’s Waterfront Blues Festival, kicked off yesterday with some great music. From local faves Norman Sylvester and Liv Warfield to international heavies like Joe Bonamassa and Isaac Hayes, day 1 was a groove.
